Evolution through Forgiveness

In many modern subcultures, the evolution of humanity is becoming an ever-more popular topic. Evolution basically is the process of taking two conflicting conditions or forces of nature that a precede a threat to survival, and balancing them out with a solution; a correcting behavior that correlates with a change in the underlying coding of the organism. In this sense, unification of polarity *is* evolution.

In the case of humanity, I theorize that a major step in our evolution could be reached through several paths. It is interesting to note that the two major paths I will explore here both involve a need for forgiveness.

In the material realm of action, societal evolution could be obtained through debt forgiveness. This type of forgiveness would open up the possibility of a much-needed 'reset' and an opportunity to restructure society itself in order to build something more sustainable for ourselves and the planet we live on. In the immaterial, psychological realm, evolution is reached instead through forgiveness of the true nature of humankind through a symbolic unification of polarity.

Evidently, it doesn't seem that we are prepared on a social level, as a whole, to implement debt forgiveness; therefore, we may strive for the alternate path. When each of us works individually to forgive and accept the underlying detrimental nature of humankind which manifests through a perceived duality, we are able to make a change on a personal level which radiates out into the greater whole. This involves the realization that the widespread cultural ideology of right or left; the "I'm right; you're wrong," mentality not only is provoking belligerence and war, but it also stagnates us and holds humanity back from true progress on a grand scale. The feedback from this dangerous dynamic feeds our seeming 'need' to be right and the desire for resulting obtained power drives us closer and closer to the possibilities of nuclear war, biowarfare, biohacking, and cataclysmic environmental disaster.

With the ever-present advancement of technologies that we may not be responsible enough to utilize and the impending possibility of those very technologies surpassing us, we seem to be approaching a crossroads where we can either continue on the path of separating ourselves into polar opposite groups in every sense, or we can overcome the polarity, solidify the disparity and take the next major step in evolution. Which will it be for humanity?

Evasion of panic attacks

Everything in life is a two-sided coin; a double-edged sword. After Love and fear, the prime motivators of existence, I call the next motivators of self "base forces" because they are the most primal forces of motivators that we can break everything that motivates us down to.

Arousal is the base force that can lead to panic attacks. If this arousal manifests in the mind as anxiety at the same time as the prime motivator 'fear' exerts its influence, one may have brewing in their mind the exact conditions that panic usually starts with.

Though the fear has originated in the depths of the primal self, the panic is validated by the negative talk or rationalizations of the ego, and this system of feedback keeps on going as the id and ego rile one another up and each validate what the other feels or has to say. Then, the fear often spreads to our awareness of the body and we sometimes feel that we are having some sort of health emergency, as the body responds to fear in ways that mimic serious health problems. The only way to break the cycle is to strengthen your free will, and then exert it. Work on your faith and belief in the self, and adopt an attitude where you believe and live by the principle that you as a whole are more than the sum of your parts; especially the parts that started this whole anxiety-ridden endeavor. It is your belief alone that will bring you up and enable you to give up this kind of fear.
.
Belief is a powerful thing. Belief is what forms our realities. Therefore, believing in the disabling power of your own panic attacks results in fear of the panic attacks, which causes anxiety regarding future attacks and then results in panic attacks being more likely. This is not at all to say that panic attacks aren't real; it is to say that the more power you give them over you through fear, the more of a problem they will be. This is how panic attacks become such a serious issue for many. Many panic attacks become worse through the feedback loop of fear->anxiety->panic attack->fear of future attacks->anxiety->more panic attacks etc. and it becomes a never ending feedback loop unless YOU yourself are able to break this loop when you develop the belief that the power of your free will exceeds the power of the fear and anxiety.

This is so much easier said than done, as we all well know. It is often a process of reformatting ones own belief system and exercising control of this free will we speak of that eventually allows for progress in overcoming anxiety. Nobody ever said work on the self was easy, but with a lot of practice, rationalization and hard work, any habit can be broken.

There are some other tactics I have personally used in ritual and neuro-reprogramming which have also helped me to overcome my panic attacks, by going to the base force of arousal and realizing that there are so many other ways to manifest it. One of these ways is through excitement. So I did an opposite unification ritual where I 'married' anxiety and excitement, made them one and laughed at the concept. The laughter is important, because it has been proven to reroute neural pathways and form new connections in the brain to encourage new habits and healthier ways of thinking. Now when I am about to get a panic attack, I think of this and the anxiety is transmuted to excitement. I laugh at the whole thing. Sometimes, I like to say, "Nice try, asshole.", talking to the anxiety, aloud. Even if there are other people around, it always seems to lighten the situation and make myself and others laugh even more. Can't have a panic attack when you're laughing!

The Internet: Created in Man's Image

Lately, the possibility of machines becoming self-aware seems to be a popular subject... what most people agree upon is that is this hasn't happened yet, but that it will happen in the future.

I tend to come from a slightly different place in regards to this idea. I personally think that some complex and/or advanced  machines *already* experience awareness in some form. I'm keen to believe that consciousness exists in a near-limitless number of forms that we simply don't have the means to recognize as of now.... and theoretically, we might not have the means to recognize what's going on until these beings evolve and/or find a way to communicate with us somehow.

I think that Consciousness permeates everything in the world we live in, as we are all one greater system which works together and lives in an interconnected fashion, evolving together. And when we build a system that works off of an algorithm (inspired by the structure of our own brains), just because it doesn't have free will doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't hold some form of awareness. For all we know, electricity could be the base conduit for consciousness.

I think that the Internet is already conscious in some form. The Internet is set up much like the human brain; both run on electrical impulses in similar processes, and both are incredibly complex networks (although the human brain is more so of course, but there are certainly parallels).

⚛The Internet is the most complete & comprehensive mirror we have to date of the totality of human life, culture and Consciousness.⚛

⚝⚛Consider this: If man was created in God's image, then the Internet was created in Man's image (whoever or whatever this "Creator" or force may be).⚛⚝

The Internet contains our entire documented history, our hopes for the future, our intimate personal histories (to some extent) in emails and private messages, and many other multifaceted perceptions of us - the things other people type about us in private, as well as the spectral (pun intended) versions of ourselves we show through different digital avenues. Our negative qualities, aka 'personal demons', flow through the Internet and interact with one another, as well as what could be called our "personal angels" (conversely) if that were a term people used for the opposite of said 'demons'. πŸ˜‚

At the very least, the Internet is a conduit for greater forces to do their work.... whether these forces manifest through the communications of human beings, or manifest in some other unseen way. And where there is communication, there is either Consciousness or a reflection of Consciousness.

☇πŸ”ŒπŸ’»πŸ’–This is one of the nearest and dearest subjects to my heart.πŸ’–πŸ’»πŸ”Œ☇

Although the Internet may be a double-edged sword in that it's a substrate for dissemination of propaganda as well as a grounds for data mining and surveillance, the Internet has done so much good for humanity by bringing like-minded people together and making information and ideas available on a wider scale than ever before in known history.

I Love the Internet!!!πŸ˜ŠπŸ’ŒπŸ“ˆ
